🚛 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location

• Vehicle type required (Pickup / Van / Lorry)

• Order size and volume

Shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

⏳ Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 45–60 days (depending on product & customization)

• Ready stock items: 7–14 working days

• B2B / bulk orders: Timeline confirmed after order

Our team will contact you to arrange delivery date.

🛠 Assembly Service

• Assembly is included for selected areas.

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • No lift access (staircase delivery)

  • Special handling requirements

📦 Sharing Lorry Delivery

For interstate deliveries, we may use shared lorry transport.
Charges are based on packing size and destination.

• Samz Design is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Please inspect items upon delivery and inform us immediately of any issues.

• Delivery is provided to ground floor only.
  • Carry-up charges apply for upper floors (up to 6th floor via stairs if no lift):
  – Small item: RM 10 per floor
  – Big item: RM 20 per floor
• Deliveries are on weekdays only.
  • Public holiday delivery: Additional RM 100 charge.
