About us

Samz Design is a Malaysian furniture manufacturer and fabricator based in Shah Alam, Selangor. We design, make, and supply indoor and outdoor furniture for residential and business customers, including custom and made-to-order pieces.

Quotations and orders

Many of our products are quoted individually rather than sold at a fixed price. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is not a binding contract until you confirm your order and we accept it. We confirm measurements, materials, and finishes with you before production begins.

Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, including any deposit required for custom or made-to-order items, will be confirmed at the time of order. Production of made-to-order items begins only after the agreed deposit or payment is received.

Custom and made-to-order items

Because custom and made-to-order furniture is produced to your specifications, these orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun, except where an item is faulty. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

Product appearance

Our furniture is made using natural materials such as solid teak and other timbers. Natural variation in grain, colour, and texture is normal and is not a defect. Product images on our website are for illustration; slight differences in colour or finish may occur.

Delivery and installation

Delivery, lead times, charges, assembly, and disposal are covered in our Shipping, Delivery & Disposal Policy. Please inspect all items on delivery and report any issue to us immediately.

Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, and product cover is set out in our Warranty. Please refer to those pages for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and the Samz Design name and logo — belongs to Samz Design and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Samz Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
