Samz Design Warranty

At Samz Design, we stand by the quality of our furniture. All eligible products come with a 3-year warranty for domestic use, covering manufacturing and structural defects.

Wooden Furniture

Covers structural damage such as loose joints or breakage due to manufacturing defects.

Excludes: Natural color changes, small cracks, damage from improper assembly, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Stainless Steel Frames

Covers frame damage and weld failure caused by manufacturing defects.

Excludes: Rust after 6 months if untreated, misuse, or incorrect assembly.

Powder-Coated Aluminium Frames

Covers structural damage and weld failure from manufacturing defects.

Excludes: Chips, scratches, fading from normal wear, or misuse.

Sling & Rope Materials

Sling fabric: Covered for defects or abnormal tearing.

Rope: Covered for abnormal unravelling from material or workmanship defects.

Excludes: Fading, stains, or damage from sun exposure, chemicals, or normal wear.

Wicker & Other Materials

Covered for structural failure or abnormal resin issues caused by defects.

Excludes: Fading, discoloration, or damage from sun, liquids, chemicals, or normal wear.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY

Damage from Natural disasters, heavy rain , wind or accidents, negligence, misuse, or abnormal use.
Overload, sit or stand on arm , pulling dragging frames
Normal wear and tear or user abuse.
Patina development , small cracks or scratches or dent
Color or finish changes due to water , moisture, sunlight , aging or UV exposure.
Custom-made, sale, or clearance items.
If color of products bit vary when seen online
Foam Normal compression, sagging, stains,fabric fading, pet damage, or improper cleaning.
Samz design not accept any return or issue credit if the purchaser is not satisfied with the product color or wood-grain or similar.
