Samz Design is an outdoor furniture manufacturing company and indoor furniture supplier based in Subang, Shah Alam, Selangor. Our outdoor furniture is manufactured in-house at our Shah Alam facility. That covers our powder-coated aluminium ranges, stainless steel pieces, and mild steel frames used across our outdoor collections and contract projects. Cutting, welding, powder coating, assembly, and quality inspection all happen at our Subang workshop. Because we own this process end to end, we can offer full customisation on frame size, colour, and finish, and we can honour tighter timelines for hospitality and B2B orders. This is where the outdoor furniture manufacturing side of our business earns its keep.

Our indoor furniture is supplied through our long-standing Indonesian partners. Indonesia is home to some of the world’s most respected teak workshops, and we have spent years building relationships with craftsmen who share our standards. Every dining room set, coffee table, side table, and solid wood indoor piece in our range is selected, inspected, and finished under our quality control before it reaches our Shah Alam showroom. This is the indoor furniture supplier side of our business, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Our outdoor range combines both worlds. Aluminium frames come from our workshop, teak tops and wicker components come from our Indonesian partners, and everything is assembled and finished to a single standard.

For businesses, we run a dedicated B2B and hospitality service that handles hotel fit-outs, restaurant and cafe furnishing, serviced apartment projects, corporate offices, and resort developments. Outdoor pieces for these projects are manufactured in-house at our Shah Alam workshop, and indoor pieces are supplied through our Indonesian partners under our quality control. Materials we work with, and why

Teak wood is our flagship wood. Naturally rich in oils that resist water, insects, and rot, it is the right choice for outdoor pieces and heirloom-grade indoor furniture. All our teak is sourced through our Indonesian partners as part of our indoor furniture supply chain, and used across both our indoor supply range and our outdoor manufactured range.

Balau and tropical hardwoods give you teak-like durability at a more accessible price point, and work particularly well for outdoor decking, garden furniture, and value-focused indoor ranges.

Powder-coated aluminium is the backbone of our outdoor collection. Light, rust-proof, and available in almost any colour, it holds up to poolside conditions far better than untreated metal. Manufactured in-house at our Shah Alam outdoor furniture facility.

Stainless steel is used where strength, hygiene, and a clean modern look matter. Common in our commercial and outdoor kitchen ranges. Manufactured in-house.

Mild steel with powder coating is used for indoor frames where cost and structure matter more than corrosion resistance. Manufactured in-house.

Viro wicker and rattan give our outdoor and lounge ranges their tropical-modern character. UV-treated and weather-resistant, these are supplied through our Indonesian partners and hand-woven onto frames.

Olefin rope is the modern replacement for old-school outdoor weaves. It is soft to the touch, fade-resistant, and holds up to years of sun exposure without cracking. Woven onto our in-house manufactured aluminium frames.

Our home market is Malaysia, and we deliver across the country from our Shah Alam warehouse. Klang Valley deliveries are the fastest, and we run scheduled dispatches to Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu for larger orders and B2B projects.

For international clients, we handle export shipping to Singapore, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
