This is the primary material for outdoor furniture, pool deck furniture, and any application with full weather exposure. The powder coat finish is applied in-house, so colour consistency across a large order is controlled directly.
Teak Wood
Sourced from established partners in Indonesia, then shaped and finished at our Shah Alam workshop. Teak has a natural oil content that resists moisture absorption and warping in high-humidity climates. Used for outdoor dining tables, benches, sun lounger frames, and indoor hotel furniture including bedroom sets and dining tables. Balau Wood
Also sourced from Indonesian partners and finished in Shah Alam. Balau is denser and heavier than teak, which makes it a strong structural option for fixed outdoor benches, decking, and high-traffic outdoor installations. It doesn't have the same natural oil content as teak, so periodic sealing is recommended for exposed outdoor use. Both teak and Balau work well in commercial hospitality environments. The choice usually comes down to the structural requirements and maintenance schedule of the specific project.
Olefin Rope
UV-resistant synthetic fibre woven in-house onto aluminium frames at our Shah Alam facility. Olefin rope is quick-drying, doesn't absorb moisture, and holds colour under direct sun exposure. It's the standard weave material for pool deck furniture and open terraces where the furniture is exposed to rain and poolside splash daily.
Viro Synthetic Wicker
(PE Rattan)
Not natural rattan. Viro is a UV-stabilised, waterproof synthetic wicker woven in-house. It's designed for covered outdoor areas, terraces with partial shade, and any application where you want the aesthetic of wicker without the maintenance demands of natural rattan. Natural rattan degrades quickly in commercial environments. Viro holds its structure and colour over years of commercial use.
Stainless Steel and Mild Steel
(Powder-Coated)
Fabricated in-house at our Shah Alam facility. Heavy-gauge frames for commercial dining chairs, bar stools, and stackable seating. Mild steel is powder-coated for corrosion resistance.
