Shipping, Delivery and Disposal Policy

At Samz Design, we provide reliable delivery across Malaysia for both indoor and outdoor furniture. This policy explains where we deliver, how charges work, expected timelines, and our assembly and disposal services.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to selected areas in Malaysia based on our delivery zones:

Selangor & Kuala Lumpur
Putrajaya & Negeri Sembilan
Johor & Penang
Perak, Melaka & Pahang
Kedah & Kelantan

For locations not listed, delivery is available by manual freight quotation — please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

Delivery location
Vehicle type required (pickup, van, or lorry)
Order size and volume

Lead Time & Delivery

Made-to-order items: 20–25 days (production plus delivery, depending on the piece and customisation)

Ready-stock items: 3–7 working days

B2B and bulk orders: timeline confirmed after order

Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Assembly Service

Assembly is included for selected areas. Additional charges may apply for:

No lift access (staircase delivery)

Special handling requirements

Delivery on High Rise

Delivery is provided to ground floor only. Carry-up charges apply for upper floors (up to the 6th floor via stairs where there is no lift):

Small item: RM10 per floor

Large item: RM20 per floor

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on weekdays only. Public holiday delivery is available for an additional RM50 charge. Please inspect all items on delivery and tell us immediately if there is any issue.
