Yes. We repair outdoor furniture regardless of where it was originally purchased. As long as the material is something we work with (teak, aluminium, rattan, rope, fabric, etc.), we are able to carry out the repair. We do not require the piece to have been manufactured by us.
We offer both. For most residential jobs, we bring the furniture to our Subang workshop where we have the full range of tools and finishing equipment. For large commercial properties such as hotels or resorts where moving furniture is impractical, we can send a team on-site to carry out repairs. The best option depends on the job type, which we will confirm after reviewing your photos.
WhatsApp us photos of the furniture with a brief description of the issue and the quantity of pieces involved. For larger commercial jobs we will arrange an on-site inspection at no charge. Once we have assessed the scope, we will send you a detailed proposal with pricing and timeline.
In most cases, yes. For teak, we can refinish to natural teak tone, grey-wash or dark walnut. For Balau and other hardwoods we aim to match the original stain as closely as possible. If you have an old photo of the piece when it was new, sharing that with us helps us get the finish right.
Yes. Teak and other timber pieces that have faded or greyed from sun and rain can be sanded and refinished to restore their original colour and finish. We use weather-resistant treatments suited to Malaysia’s tropical climate so the results last.
