Yes. The vast majority of our repair clients did not originally buy from us. As long as the material is something we work with (teak, Balau, mahogany, aluminium, stainless steel, viro wicker, rattan, olefin rope, or standard upholstery fabrics), we can carry out the repair. There’s no requirement for the piece to have been manufactured by us.

Both. For most residential jobs, we collect the furniture and bring it to our Subang workshop where we have the full range of tools, welding equipment, sanding stations, and finishing supplies. For hotels, resorts, and large commercial properties where moving furniture is impractical, we send a team on site to carry out repairs in place. We’ll recommend the best option based on your specific situation after reviewing your photos and on site prior assessment.

For commercial jobs of 15 pieces or more, we arrange a free on-site inspection so we can assess everything in person. Once we’ve evaluated the scope, we send a detailed written proposal with fixed pricing and a suggested timeline.

In most cases, yes. For teak, we can refinish to natural golden teak tone, grey-wash, dark walnut, or a custom stain match. For Balau and other tropical hardwoods, we aim to match the original stain as closely as possible. If you have an old photo showing the piece when it was new, sharing that with us dramatically improves our ability to nail the finish exactly.

Yes. Teak, Balau, and other tropical timber pieces that have faded to silver-grey from years of sun and rain can almost always be sanded and refinished back to their original colour. As long as the wood is still structurally solid (no rot, no deep cracks through the grain), we can bring the finish back. We’ve restored 15-year-old teak furniture that looked beyond saving.

Yes. We handle rusted mild steel, corroded aluminium, and stained stainless steel through structural welding, sandblasting, rust treatment, primer application, and refinishing (powder coating for aluminium, marine-grade paint for steel). Structurally compromised frames are welded back to safe condition before finishing.

Most residential jobs are complete within 7 to 14 working days from pickup, depending on scope. A single teak chair refinish takes 5 to 7 days. A full outdoor sofa set restoration takes 10 to 21 days. Large hotel and resort jobs are scheduled by project with a clear written timeline.

Repair pricing depends on the material, extent of damage, and scope of work. As a rough guide, single-piece repairs typically start in the low to mid RM hundreds range, full set restorations run into the mid RM thousands, and hotel FF&E projects are quoted per piece with volume discounts. Every quote is fixed before we start, and we send it within 24 hours of receiving your photos.

We collect it. Pickup is included in our workshop repair quote for anywhere in the Klang Valley. For outstation pickup (Ipoh, Malacca, Johor Bahru, Penang, etc.), a small transport fee applies which we confirm upfront in the quote.

For pieces originally built with solid materials (real teak, thick aluminium, good hardwood, quality upholstery), repair almost always makes financial sense. Restoration typically costs 20 to 35 percent of the price of an equivalent new piece, and older well-built furniture is often higher quality than what most importers ship today. For cheap flat-pack or heavily damaged pieces where the frame is compromised, replacement may be the better call. We’ll give you an honest recommendation as part of the quote.

Yes. Rope re-weaving is one of our most-requested services, especially for pieces from our own rope furniture collection and equivalent imported pieces. We match the rope diameter and colour

where possible, and can also restring in a different colour if you want to refresh the look at the same time.

Yes. Restuffing with high-density quick-dry outdoor foam is a common repair. We can also replace covers at the same time if the original fabric is faded or damaged. Full details on our cushion cover and upholstery service.

Yes we can change table legs , TV console and sideboard’s base frames to stainless steel or powdered coated metal
